Ola (Goggins) Kimble White

Ola dedicated her life by baptism to Jehovah on June 25, 2011. She worked many jobs during her life which included IBM, U.S. Postal Service, Barnhart Manufacturing, Fairy Land Daycare, Biglots and Circle K.

She attended Charlotte Mecklenburg Public Schools and graduated from West Charlotte High School in 1968.

She leaves to celebrate her life, her daughter, Linda Kimble; son, Clifton E. Kimble-White (Kira); 11 grandchildren, Jessica Kimble, Ashley McClinton, Storm Kimble, Journey Kimble, Free Kimble, Azaria Kimble, Kaitlin Kimble, Khloe Kimble and Kamia Sydney; 4 great-grandchildren, Michael, Ryan, Lauren and Aryonna; sisters, Pearl Gause, Patricia Goggins and Carol Goggins; sisters-in-law, Shirley Bonds and Peggy Goggins; a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Ola was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Eugene White; son Carlton E. Kimble-White; grandson, De'Andre White; sister, Alma Goggins Cofield; brothers, Alfred Goggins, Eugene Bond and Willie B. Goggins.

A celebration of her life will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, October 28, 2023, at Forest Lawn West Funeral & Cremation Service, 4601 Freedom Drive, Charlotte, NC.
