Marguerite graduated from Wintrop University and at 60 years old, proudly went on to earn her Masters in Social Work from UNC-Chapel Hill. Marguerite lived a fulfilling life as a Mother, Wife, and Friend. she will be greatly missed for her sense of humor and unwavering faith in God.
Marguerite was proceeded in death by her loving Husband, David Baxter. She survived by her Children; Ellen Baxter of Pittsburg, PA, Janet Baxter of Charlotte, NC, Mike Baxter of Peachland, NC, Granddaughter, Diana Baxter of Monroe, NC, her Precious Great Grandchildren, Matthew and Patrick, and many close friends.
The Family would like to thank Brighton Gardens Assisted Living and Hospice of Charlotte for the amazing care and compassion shown to Marguerite.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
