Lara Margaret Jaworski

Lara just recently graduated from Marvin Ridge High School, Summa Cum Laude and was planning on attending the University of Georgia this Fall with aspirations of becoming a physician.

She was a member of several School Clubs to include National Honor Society, NC Scholar and Beta Club. She was an avid swimmer and belonged to the Marvin Ridge Mavericks Swim Team for four years. She also competed for the MSA Swim Team & Swim MAC Carolina. In younger years she was a member of the NJ Flyers Swim Team.

Lara leaves to cherish her memory her parents, Frederick and Joanne (Reale) Jaworski; grandmother, Rita Reale of Pompton Plains, NJ; aunts: Mary Bas (Morristown NJ), Eileen Clyne (Leland, NC), and Lauren Fuentes (Fairfield, NJ); uncles: Nelson Fuentes (Fairfield, NJ) and John Clyne (Leland, NC); cousins: Alison Barber, Nolan Bas, Christopher Fuentes, Denean Fuentes, Reagan Clyne, Andrew Clyne and Christopher Clyne.

Lara was predeceased by grandparents, Margie and Fred Jaworski and Salvatore Reale.

Lara was a wonderful young lady, admired and loved by all who knew her. She has been returned to GOD way too soon, but will be remembered and held deeply in our hearts FOREVER AND EVER.

A visitation for Lara will be held Tuesday, June 28, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at McEwen Funeral Service-Pineville Chapel, 10500 Park Road, Charlotte, NC 28210. A Mass of the Resurrection will occur Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at 1:15 PM at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 6828 Old Reid Road, Charlotte, NC 28210.
