Jenny Jackson Price

Jenny Jackson Price, 75, of Charlotte, NC entered into the more immediate presence of the Lord on July 23rd, 2023, peacefully while with her entire family in Florida following an eight-month battle with cancer. Jenny was born in Charlotte, NC on October 29, 1947 to Thomas “Tommy” Paul and Helen Halsey Jackson.

Jenny was very involved with her church, Little Church on the Lane, and loved helping others however she was able; her amazing cooking skills were used much in this area and were appreciated by all. Jenny will be remembered for her smile, her laugh, and sweet personality.

Jenny was preceded in death by her parents, Tommy and Helen Jackson, husband of 44 years, Jay LeMonde Price, and sister, Anne Jackson.

She will be remembered by her surviving family, daughter, Kimberly Price Ellington; son, Jeffrey LeMonde Price and wife, Caryn of Lawrenceville, GA; grandchildren, Ian Harrison Price of Lawrenceville, GA, Jackson Walsh Ellington of Charlotte, NC, Ryan Thomas Ellington of Charlotte, NC; sister, Paula Jackson Elf, and nieces, nephews and cousins all around the country.

A memorial service and visitation will be held at Little Church on the Lane, at 522 Moravian Lane, Charlotte, NC 28207 on Saturday, August 19th. The visitation will be at 1pm in the sanctuary with service to follow at 2pm.
