Jane was a passionate follower of Christ. She was strong in her faith and loved serving her church. Jane was a loving and faithful mother and wife. She had a smile that would brighten any room and an embrace that made everyone feel her love. Her grandchildren were the light of her life; if you knew Jane, then you knew all about her grandchildren. Their hobbies were her hobbies, she was their number one cheerleader in everything they did. They were truly her pride and joy.
Jane was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband, Thomas Vincent; her siblings, Bernie Metz, Joan George, and Donald Metz.
She is survived by her children, Todd Doshen (Karen), Christopher Vincent (Michelle), and Maria Swett (Micah); her grandchildren, Elijah Swett, Caroline Vincent, Noah Swett, Brady Vincent, Matthew Swett, and Adah Swett; her siblings, Gean Secreto, Jeannette Knight Hayes (Jerry), Joyce Bostaph, Robert Metz (Susan), and June Forte (Joseph); and many other loving extended family members.
A Visitation will be held from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, July 26, 2023 at McEwen Funeral Service - Mint Hill Chapel, 7428 Matthews-Mint Hill Road, Mint Hill, NC.
A Celebration of Jane Vincent's Life will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, July 27, 2023 at The Refinery Church, 11231 Lawyers Road, Mint Hill, NC. A graveside service will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens, 8901 Lawyers Road, Mint Hill, NC.
