Harry was born in Mangum, OK on May 23, 1934.
He is survived by his loving wife, Joan; two brothers, Donald and wife Anna, Robert and wife Pat; 4 loving children, Wayne and wife Kathleen, Colleen and husband Jeffrey, Daryl, Jeannie and husband Dale; 5 grandchildren, Elizabeth, Ryan, Christine, Brighid, and James; One great-grandson Declan and his 2 cats Winnie and Penny.
A funeral service will be held at 1PM on Friday, January 26, 2018 in the Paul Helton Chapel of Forest Lawn West Funeral Home of Charlotte, North Carolina. The family will receive friends and visitation from 12 PM and the service will follow immediately after. Rev Gene Boatwright is officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Kidney Foundation.
