George William Alford Jr., 43, passed October 20, 2016 at his home. He was born March 1, 1973 to George and Jane Alford. He attended Myers Park High School and last worked for Food Lion Corporation. He was previously employed with W.T. Hinnant Artificial Limb Co. and Exxon. George leaves to cherish fond memories; parents, George Sr. and Jane Alford; daughters, Sarah Katelyn Alford, Ashley Paige Alford and Hunter Bailey Alford; one sister, Missy Alford Brown (Mike); brother, William Mitchell Alford (Rose) and a host of other relatives and friends. A visitation will be held Tuesday, October 25 from 6pm to 8pm at Forest Lawn West Funeral Home. He will be sorely missed.
