Frank McAlpin Wheeler

Mr. Wheeler was Born June 11, 1959 in Columbia, SC to Martin Luther Wheeler, Sr. and Ettie Mae McAlpin Wheeler. Frank is a graduate of Garinger High School (Class of 1977) and Central Piedmont Community College. He worked for ITCo Tire Company (Charlotte, NC) and Jiffy Lube (Cornelius, NC). He was a NASCAR fan and enjoyed attending the races. He loved anything to do with cars.

Mr. Wheeler is preceded in death by his father, Martin Luther Wheeler, Sr.

Frank is survived by his mother, Ettie Mae McAlpin Wheeler of Charlotte, NC ; brother, Martin L. Wheeler, Jr. of Charlotte, NC; sister, Barbara W. Byram (Ron Byram) of Charlotte, NC ; nieces, Amanda Wheeler of Charlotte, NC and Kimberly Wheeler of Charlotte, NC; nephew, Kyle Byram of Salem, Oregon.

A memorial service will be at 11:00 am Monday, April 4, 2022 at Morning Star Lutheran Church, 12509 Idlewild Rd., Matthews, NC 28105Visitation will be an hour earlier at 10:00am in the church narthex.
