Dear Curt, I know this note is not very timely....I usually like time to let the dust settle...everything is so numbing at times like this...when there are no words in the English language to even come close to conveying comfort.  I too have been in a state of shock...I cannot come close to imagining your world right now.  I just wanted you to know, that you and Deb are still deeply engrained in my prayers...and you will stay there for a long time.  A loss this monumental will not easily be adjusted  to.  Time will fill, and her memory will come and go in a passing butterfly, star leaf....let those moments make you smile, and know...that she really is here.  Turn to her in prayer...you, and we all...now have a new saint in heaven to intercede for us...in our times of need. You will see her again dear Curt...this I know...I believe.  I'm just so glad that I knew her...I feel so  blessed to have been a part of her world...even in the short time at north.  Time is fleeting...I can only pray that I will be worthy of seeing her again...in heaven...This I know...your sweet Deb is in Heaven...and you WILL see her again...Try to find comfort and rest in that fact.
I was in a plane taking off at 2:00 the day of her funeral.  As I soared Heavenward, I felt her presence...and said a rosary for her...and you. Prayers will still come.

Deb was a genuinely wonderful person and a caring friend.  She inspired so many of her fellow teachers and countless students too.  Her dedication to the teaching profession was outstanding!  The world will miss her.  May the painful emptiness you feel now become filled up with memories of her sweet laughter and the beautiful person she was.

My son had her his freshman year and she help him allot last year with honor society.  She was a great teacher that encouraged his love of history.  RRHS will be loosing a nice person.  Your family is in our prayers!

I am so saddened to hear of Deborah's passing. Deb was always such a gracious lady and a great friend to Nancy. I know that little we say here will ease her passing. Hopefully, knowing how much she meant to us and how her grace, wit and charm influenced us all will bring some measure of comfort. 

You and all your family are deep within our hearts and prayers. Deb will truly be missed by Nancy and I and all whose lives were touched by her.

Mrs. Williams was so kind, and one of the best teachers I've had at any level. She truly cared about us, was so engaging, and taught us how to think for ourselves and look at both sides of an issue. My prayers are with your family.

So sad to read Deborah's notice this morning in Observer. Deb was a true leader of other educators at North Meck. I know your loss and pain is huge.  My prayers are with you both.  May God's love and peace abide with you now and in the days ahead.

Curt and Family, just stunned with the news of your great loss. Deb was one of the most genuine people I have had the pleasure to know. She enriched my life in so many way. My heart is with you all.

Mrs. Williams was such a great teacher and one of the kindest person that I have ever met. I remember every other day when on my way to lunch I would always say "Have a good lunch Mrs.Williams!" and she would reply "Thank you Nicole, you too." It hard to find understand how you used to see someone everyday, and now you will never see them again. I will prayer for your family. God bless your soul and will forever live in our hearts.

Deb was an inspiration and such an amazing person. Its hard to say goodbye to our love ones, but remember all the great times and experiences you've shared with her. She will be missed here at Rocky River High School.

I will mill miss my aunt Deborah and I am thankful for all the wonderful thanksgivings we shared.. Amanda and Adam, I am so sorry to read of Deborah's passing. I have fond memories of her and how hard she worked to get her college degree. I see put it to good use. She was lovely inside and out.

James, Curt and Family, I'm so sorry to hear of Deborah's passing. I know what a great mother she was by knowing James. He often bragged about her as an educator and as his mom. I pray for comfort for your family in this time of mourning.

It is hard to say goodbye to a friend who has played such a wonderful part of my life and has provided me with such wonderful memories. God put you on Earth to guide those who needed help and what a fantastic job you did by touching so many lives, helping so many people and giving yourself and your time to those who needed it.
