Deborah "Debbie" Wentz Moore, age 63, passed away on February 22, 2021. She was born on August 1, 1957 in Charlotte, NC to Howard and Margaret Wentz.

Debbie was a graduate of Independence High School. She retired from Liberty Mutual after 25 years and worked at Berkley Southeast Insurance for the last five years. Debbie loved her work family. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, attending Eastway Baptist Church, and going to the mountains with Diane Moore.

She is survived by her sons Jared Moore and Ryan Moore and wife Mandy; grandchildren Breley and Jaxon Moore; father Howard Wentz; and brother Scott Wentz and wife Theresa.

Debbie is preceded in death by her husband Steve Moore and her mother Margaret Wentz.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 3:00 pm on Friday, February 26, 2021 at McEwen Funeral Service-Mint Hill Chapel.
