Born in Elmira, NY, Bridget was a long time resident of Tully, NY, employee of Syracuse University, and member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She retired to Matthews Glenn, Matthews, NC in 2013 where she enjoyed participating in choral and instrumental music.
Predeceased by her father John F. Rutty, aunts Margaret C. Rutty, Alice (Mel) Wingard and Catherine (Robert) Cuff, she is survived by brother Michael (Joan) Rutty Hawkins, TX; sister Sr. Theresa Rutty R.S.M. Rochester, NY; niece Brigette (Tim) McCarthy, Hawkins, TX; nephew John (Sheryl) Rutty, Norfolk, VA; and many cousins including Kathleen (James) Stewart, Charlotte, NC, Richard (Suzanne) Cuff, Allentown, PA and Stephen (Beth) Cuff, Xenia, OH.
No services are scheduled. Interment will be private at Procter Camp and Conference Center, London, OH at the convenience of the family.
