Born September 26, 1962 in Charlotte, NC, she was the daughter of the late Jack A. Ledford and Patricia Prince Ledford. She is survived by her sister Mary Beth Ledford of Gastonia, NC and many loving cousins.
Amanda was a Social Worker for the Mecklenburg County Department of Social Services in Charlotte NC for 18 years and helped many who were in need. She was a loving daughter and sister. She loved living in uptown Charlotte with her two beloved miniature poodles Lola and Sweetie. She enjoyed dressing them up in bows and sweaters and taking them for walks around the uptown area and parks.
A graveside service will be held at Amity Presbyterian Church Cemetery, 2831 N. Sharon Amity Road, Charlotte, NC on Thursday December 29th at 2:00 pm.
