Pat graduated from Chapin High School, Class of 1971. She worked at USC, V. C. Summer and as a victim advocate for the Newberry County Sheriff’s Office.
Pat received a BS degree from Liberty University and attended divinity school at Columbia International University and Duke University. After graduation, she served as pastor in the United Methodist Church in the Hartsville and Greenwood Districts until she retired in 2016.
She is survived by her husband, Steven Furstenberg; children, Lydia Welch (Anthony), Matthew Amick, Jeremiah Amick and Elizabeth Ballard (Michael); sisters, Betty Ransom, Karen Speight (Duane) and brothers, Eddie Bundrick (Wanda), Pete Bundrick (Angela) and Terry Bundrick (Linda). She was predeceased by her parents, Roy Asbil Bundrick and Paulette Overstreet Bundrick and brother, Randy Bundrick.
A memorial service to celebrate Pat’s life will be held at Wightman United Methodist Church in Prosperity, SC on Wednesday, December 8 at 11:00 a.m. with a gathering at the church following the service.
