Patricia Kay Smith, age 81, of Sun Lakes, Arizona passed away on Friday, March 15, 2024.
A visitation for Patricia will be held Saturday, March 23, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 800 W Chandler Heights Rd, Chandler, Arizona 85248, followed by a funeral service at 10:00 AM.
Patricia will be laid to rest in Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park, Millcreek, Utah.
