Condolences to her family, I only just found out. Happy birthday to her, I only shared a class or two with her early on in high school but I remember that she always had a smile to share. I hope she's doing well in God's arms. 

I remember Natalie in my Spanish 2 class my freshman year. Throughout high school, she was loved and cherished by everyone around her, and I can see why. Her friends described her as an angel in real life willing to help out anyone. She never let her popularity view others as less than. And her heart is more beautiful than her appearance.  I thought her life was a literal Disney movie. While I was on leave during Christmas time, I found her bench at Veterans Oasis Park. I put my pair of Corporal Chevrons right next to her bench in the dirt because I think she would have been an awesome Marine. When I am having a tough day, I keep in mind that I am representing my friends and family back home every day I put on my cammies. Everyone misses you and I wish you knew who I was. Nothing is more powerful than someone who leads and cares for others.

I can say that I have never met a person like Natalie. I am thinking of her an extra lot on this day, as it would be her 21st birthday. There is not a day that goes by that I do not think about you. Thinking of you today Nat. I was going through my old soccer stuff and it reminded me of you. I remember when I first joined the team, you were one of the first people to make me feel welcome. I was immediately infatuated with your kindness and energy. I remember telling my dad how badly I wanted us to be friends. Every game, every practice, no matter how hard we were pushed, you always got back up. You were always a role model to me, and you still are. I try to carry that fighting spirit with me every day. We miss you so much Nat. I love you and I can’t wait to see you again 🤍

This will always be one of my favorite memories. Nat was always down for anything. We all piled into the back of a truck, drove into the desert and watched a movie. She was so selfless, beautiful, and loving, the best friend anyone could ever ask for. Her presence just made everything better. We miss you Natalie. I can’t wait to see you again. 

We have your photo on our fridge, it won’t move or be taken down. Just like your light that shines in those you met and whose lives you changed for the better. I loved seeing you with your mom or your Grandma doing crafts on the door step at the old house. I loved watching you follow in your dad’s footsteps, making them both so proud. You are such a sweet big sister to Patrick and so kind to anyone you met. Sarah loves to talk about floating down the river from me to Natalie. Sarah was 3 and nervous to let go of my hands and float just a short distance at Tom’s cabin. Natalie told Sarah she would go just a little further away to catch her. She kept reassuring Sarah that she would catch her. Natalie kept saying,  “Don’t be afraid, I’m ready. I promise I’ll catch you.” Natalie smiled, and Sarah let go of my hands. Natalie caught her, just as she promised, and Sarah squealed with excitement. Natalie patiently caught her about 20 times that day. Each time, she smiled just as of it was the first time. Natalie, your heart is so big. You bring joy to all who know you. We miss you. When we think of you, you still bring us joy.  I’m so thankful Sarah has such a beautiful memory that she likes to talk about so often.

Every single one of my favorite and most cherished memories in junior high and high school involved Nat in one way or another. Student Government was no exception; dressing up for conventions, dancing, screaming, and being silly was our specialty. So grateful for the good times we had and the huge piece she played in my life. This was sophomore year CUSD convention where we dressed up as 50s Grease. 

Sean I don’t have pics or memories with Natalie. But I know she was loved and well taken care of by you and her mom. Sending hugs for peace and comfort for both of you and for her brother.

Natalie was always the life of the party! First memory I have was always seeing her at the various kid birthday parties, but the one that stands out is one where she gave the biggest green-frosted grin you’ve ever seen.  Love and miss you, Natalie!

We live in Pittsburgh so we have mostly enjoyed Natalie from afar through pictures and videos shared by Molly, Sean, and her grandparents.   During an Easter 2014 visit to Arizona,  we captured this beautiful picture of Natalie with her proud momma and Nana.   Our hearts are aching for Molly, Sean, Patrick, and all who loved Natalie.   May all these wonderful memories and pictures provide comfort during this unimaginable time.   

My fondest memories of Natalie are from her earlier years! Even then her smile was infectious and would light up a room! I am blessed to have had the opportunity to care for her and Patrick along with Archie, Sam and Alice.  She grew into such a beautiful young woman and I enjoyed seeing her pictures on FB.  My heart breaks for you and I’m praying for you and sending you tons of love! Love you always Molly! 

Natalie was my chem lab partner this semester and I have never met someone so kind hearted in my entire life. After labs I would go home and tell my mom how I hoped we would become really good friends. She had the best smile and laugh! And always kept an amazing attitude. An absolute incredible women and an amazing friend. I am so so sorry for you loss. 

As an educator, you see many faces pass through your classroom door over the length of your career. Few stand out over that time. Natalie stood out. I appreciated her willingness to ask questions. To seek clarification. To want to learn. It was an honor to have her in my Economics class and I am thankful for the time that I got to spend with her. My thoughts and prayers go out to the Duffy family. Natalie, know that you will be missed and always be loved.

Natalie's smile was truly infectious. Her presence in my class and in this world was strong and beautiful. You are all in my prayers. 

I don't think I can encompass what Natalie was in a single word, but if I did, it would be light. When I think of Natalie, I think of the little moments we had together and her smile. She brought light to whatever room she was in, whether that was school, soccer, or just hanging out. She was always the source of positivity and joy. Although there may be a physical absence of her, Natalie's soul will always be present and will always shine because that's just who she was pure genuine, and kind. Natalie was truly a blessing in my life, i remember going to soccer practice everyday  when we were younger and she would never not be smiling. I’ll never forget her positive and encouraging attitude towards everything she set her mind to. Natalie had the biggest heart and purest soul, i’ll forever cherish our memories and laughs together. You don’t get to meet people like Natalie in your life very often. Creating a friendship with someone so selfless, humble, and beautiful doesn’t generally happen. I am so thankful for the day I met Natalie back when we were 12 years old, kicking a soccer ball at Paloma, surrounded by cow manure and corn fields. From the moment we met, we were inseparable. Natalie taught me so much about perseverance, laughter, and of course our infamous spin-move-3000. We grew up together, traveling to different states for soccer tournaments, swimming in the pool with Rosie and Franklin, and convincing our parents to let us go to the mall alone. What distinguished Natalie from any friend was her positivity and desire to help others. She motivated everyone around her to be their best and would go out of her way to make sure everyone was happy. I’m so grateful that I got to see Natalie in Cali after moving to Texas. We laughed and talked like best friends, despite not seeing each other for two years. That was Natalie. A forever best friend. A piece of her lives on in every soul she touched. I can’t wait to see you again, Duffy Dill <3.

Natalie is a true gift of God.   She blessed our lives with joy whether in her presence or in those fabulous Facebook photos that made the miles that separate Chandler, Arizona from Franklin, Pennsylvania far shorter than one might imagine.   Reading Natalie’s friends memories has confirmed all that I knew Natalie to be…A young lady whose interior character was as brilliantly lovely as that radiant smile which beamed throughout so many cherished photos.   As a lifelong friend of her Mom, Molly, I can confirm this is an inherited trait that all of us who know her mom recognize!   Sean, Molly, and Patrick you are so very loved.   As you walk into this journey of mourning, my prayer for you is that you will know that God is present in your lives and that Natalie is safer than she has ever been in the presence of our Lord and Savior.   We will miss her here but we shall see her again when we are in the presence of our Lord.   

Natalie and my daughter Kristen were born within one month of each other. Earlier in their childhood, they enjoyed many play dates and other memorable childhood experiences. 

Natalie was very fortunate to grow up in such a loving family, with Molly and Sean as her loving  and devoted parents and Patrick as her brother. My heart goes out to her family as they grieve Natalie’s passing. 

My thoughts and prayers are  with Natalie and her family. Please accept my sincere and heartfelt condolences for the Duffy family and all those who knew and loved Natalie. 

Oh Molly....  Every piece of my heart is with you, Sean & Patrick..  I truly have no words so I will share what's in my heart.  This is how I will always remember Nat! Natalie Duffy was unlike any person I have ever known.  I feel incredibly blessed to have been her friend and teammate.  Her selfless spirit and warm smile will never be forgotten. Nat was there for me when I tore my ACL in a way no one else was.  She supported me in physical therapy and made me laugh on the days I felt like giving up.  I cherish the memories we made together on and off the field, and I am grateful to Nat for being my anchor through it all. Rest easy NatDuff, you are so loved.

Natalie was a gift from God in my life. Coaching her was a true blessing. We are praying for all of her family and friends and someday when we are all together with Jesus we will high five again.

Nat was my best friend. My entire childhood was so great because I had Nat by my side through it all. Natalie, known as Duffy, this girl was the first one to welcome me to Santan Junior High and in Student Council! She was always so bubbly, filled with joy and had the sweetest heart. We worked together in a group for Master Council and I remember even though we were so behind on getting the projects done she would always check in and make sure we all were ok. Everyday walking into this class was a joy with her. When I was nervous to come to Perry she talked me through it and told me everything would be ok. We weren’t able to hangout outside of school since our schedules never worked but she was always there for me. When she graduated I would always reach out and ask how college was and she never failed to just smile about the little things. Nat, I miss you tons and love you always! Fly high beautiful!

My sweet Nat, love you so much beautiful. I remember I rode the sun-link for the first time ever & you were there and we sat next to each other <3 we found out we were both pharmacy majors and I got SO excited !!! Finally found one & we were both Taurus’s… my heart went pitter patter & I knew I found an amazing friend. We got an Uber back home that night together & snuck our drinks in the back in our masks. Such a fun memory. I will miss you in PCOL 310 and doing all of our group activities together. I love you angel and fly high. Our family has lived in Natalie’s neighborhood since our girls  were in elementary  school.  My first memory of Natalie was at my daughters 7th grade sleepover.  Natalie stole my heart way back then.  Most 7th grade girls aren’t interested in the parents, but this was not the case with Natalie.  She made it a point to come and sit with both Grant and I and engage us in conversation. She was bubbly, sharp, genuine and what I would call an old soul.  We have been blessed to have Natalie so close by and her and Ella had a very sweet friendship that continued to grow over the years.  I can  always remember her doing thoughtful acts of kindness for no real
reason, other than she enjoyed blessing others. A highlight for us was getting to bring Natalie to mission beach for the week right  before their senior year.  Her willingness to help out, hang out with us old farts and chat with my elderly  father was something I admired so much and is a rare quality.  I have heard her described as being  elegant and graceful and kind and we couldn’t agree more. We are all hurting for everyone who Natalie touched (which is a lot of people) especially her beautiful family.  So thankful we were blessed to know her. She is sure going to be missed by the Gunkel family.  Heaven couldn’t wait for her. 🤍

Natalie has always, and will always hold a special place of my heart. I will always cherish the memories of running around on the playground with her and Patrick, and chasing them up and around at Makutus Island. I loved spending my days as a nanny for the Duffy kids. I will always remember Natalie's hideaway craft room. She would go in there and create masterpieces daily. I loved watching her learn how to ride her bike and she was a little fish in the pool. She was determined with everything she did from such a young age. She was a joy to be around.  I have loved  watching her grow. My nephew would come home from Perry High School and talk about how sweet Natalie was to him as she was one of his Puma Pals. The little girl that I put on the bus the first day of Kindergarten, turned into such a sweet, beautiful young lady with a heart of gold.  My heart is completely broken for the Duffy family. Sean, Molly and Patrick, you guys are in my thoughts and prayers. Natalie was truly a blessing, and touched so many lives. You should be very proud and honored to call her your daughter/sister. Sending all my love to you. Rest in Peace sweet Natalie. Heaven has gained the most precious and beautiful angel. 

I was so lucky to have been a friend of natalies for so many years. The first thing anyone noticed about her was her smile. Her smile that brought so much light and positivity into peoples lives. I will forever cherish all the memories we made together. I love you nat ♡ 

Natalie was so incredibly kind and had a contagious smile that could light up any room.  We were privileged to know her as an amazing friend to our daughter.  As soccer  teammates with injuries Natalie helped with the struggle through PT providing lots of laughs as well as many outings for treats. Last spring we met her at U of A and she dedicated her time to giving a campus tour to our family friends and daughter.   She was an amazing young lady that will be missed terribly.   Rest in peace Natalie.

I've known Natalie my whole life and I'm so grateful to have grown up beside her. She always had a smile on her face and is the kindest person you would ever meet. Natalie is such an inspiration to me and is someone I genuinely looked up to. She is one of my first childhood friends and I will continue to remember her and all the memories we shared forever.

Precious Natalie. I remember the day I met you, you sweetly asked where I got Keeley’s flower clips for her hair.  And so began a beautiful friendship. Memories are just flooding and what hits me the most is how you always made us feel. You lit up the room with your bright smile and had a way of making everyone around you feel happy. You made me feel inspired with your creativity and intellect..you could truly make anything with duct tape. You made me feel silly, with that big laugh and sense of humor. And you made me feel wonder when I would watch you just observe the world around you.  Thank you for making us feel so many wonderful things, we will continue to  feel your beautiful spirit all around us. I am so grateful for the friendship you gave Kee,  the memories shared will be cherished.  We love you. 

Nat and I became friends during work week at the beginning of Sophomore year. On the first day we just happened to sit next to each other, and not even a minute passed until we got to chatting. I remember us talking about what a small world it is because we realized we had played soccer together as kids. After we talked that first morning, we ended up spending the rest of the week hanging out. She had such a positive impact on my experience that week, and on my life as a whole. Gaining Nat as a friend that day changed my life forever, and I will always be grateful for the times we spent together. She truly was the kindest person, with the most beautiful soul. Her light will forever be with me, and everyone who was lucky enough to meet her. Rest easy Nat, you will never be forgotten❤️

Molly and Sean, I know there are no words I can write to bring the peace you seek right now. And I am sad for that. Natalie captured my heart the first time I met her, Freshman year in high school.  I saw a young lady who had a kind soul and it shined, brighter than any! That is who Natalie was to me, kind. Her friendship with my daughter was filled with new experiences, fun, hard work, laughter (lots of laughter), and yes, some tears. Natalie's God given gifts and talents that she shared with so many were inspiring to countless peers. I know your heart is broken, and will forever be broken, but take comfort in knowing that Natalie touched so many lives with not only what she did but with who she was. Natalie embodies a spirit that makes the world a better place. I join so many in expressing our condolences to you and your family, and acknowledging how much we will all dearly miss Natalie. But also know we will continue to remember her, honor her, and respect her because of who she was to us...kind.

Natalie truly was the most beautiful girl inside and out. Her smile could lighten up any room she walked into. Natalie always knew how to have a good time and lift up those around her. My best memories of her were last minute before close dressing up as cows because she had not one but two cow costumes and getting free chick fil a. She also was my assassins partner and the whole time we were in that was quite the adventure. She really was such a smart girl and the whole brains of that operation. I gave Natalie a hug on Tuesday October 19th just two days before her passing, not knowing it would be the last time i felt the light of her presence . I will always remember Natalie’s sweet sweet soul and smile. She had the ability to make each and every person feel loved and appreciated with their role in her life, whether big or small. I had Spanish 3 with Natalie in high school and I remember how we would always laugh about how bad we were at that class. She was so easy to talk to and so friendly, it was easy to laugh about our horrible Spanish even though I didn’t really know her well. She was so beautiful inside and out. I’m so incredibly sorry for your loss, please reach out if you need anything. 

I remember every single one of Natalie’s smiles. Her smile was infectious and made everyone else smile. Even if she didn’t smile at you directly but you saw her smile it made you smile. She is the reason I believed there were good people in this world.

Natalie Duffy always had a smile on her face.  She never put herself before others.  One of the first times I met Natalie, there was an incident that I was involved in and she talked to me and de escalated the situation. She took the time to help someone she barely even knew. That’s how strong of an effect she had on others.
Even though I only met Natalie last year, she made a great impact on my life that I will remember and cherish forever. I’m glad to be able to call her my friend.

You’re daughter was one of the most genuine people I have ever met, I lost one of my best and most important friends in her. Natalie was one of the sweetest souls i’ve ever met. She was my first friend at college and in Gamma Phi. She never failed to light up a room with her beautiful smile and kind words. I met Natalie at the Naval Academy during a Summer STEM Camp in 2016. She was in my squad and we spent the whole week together eating in King Hall in Annapolis and talking about different engineering topics that people could study at the Naval Academy. Since then I only talked with her here and there but she was always a pleasure to be around and very joyful about her life and her family. Rest in Peace Natalie.
