He was born on May 17, 1946 in North Conway, New Hampshire. As his father served in the US Navy, Frank grew up in many parts of the world, attending high school and college in Japan, then joining the US Navy himself, where he would go on to serve for over 22 years, retiring as a Chief Petty Officer in 1989.
After his retirement from the Navy, Frank followed his passion for cycling and founded Bike Masters in Chandler, Arizona. He owned and operated this business until 2000, then pursued other business interests and volunteered at the USO for a few years at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.
He enjoyed traveling with his wife and good friends to many destinations throughout the U.S.
A funeral service, followed by graveside with military honors for Frank, will be held on Saturday, January 4, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Valley of the Sun Mortuary, 10940 East Chandler Heights Rd, Chandler, AZ 85248.
