Patricia Thibodeaux

Patricia “Patsy” Thibodeaux was called to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 29, 2022 at the age of 81. She was born on November 4, 1940 in New Orleans, LA. She was a lifelong residence of Chalmette, LA. Beloved wife of 62 years to Raymond Thibodeaux. Loving mother to Kim Thibodeaux, Karen Pizzitolo (Raymond) and the late Kathy Salles. Proud grandmother of Rodney Blache (Carolina), Chad Blache (Melissa), Neal Thibodeaux (Kiki), Jordan Salles (Kelsie), Kyle Salles, Nicole Lafrance (Michael) and Matthew Pizzitolo (Angelle); great grandmother of Kennedi, Gage, Mia, Molly, Chad Jr., Nora, Macie, Hayden, Graham , Emilynn, Alison, Michael, Kristian, Myles, Rosalina, Adrian and Mia. Patsy is preceded in death by her parents, Lucien Mistrot Jr. and Margaret James Mistrot; her brother Lucien Mistrot III.

Patricia devoted her life to taking care of her family. She was a seamstress, voting commissioner and Eucharistic Minister. She was a member of the Ladies Altar Society and a Saints season ticket holder for over 50 years. Patsy enjoyed going to the Saints games on Sunday cheering for her beloved Saints. Her greatest joy was spending time with her handsome husband, beautiful daughters and adorable grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be forever remember and greatly missed by all who loved her.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held at Our Lady of Prompt Succor, 2320 Paris Road, Chalmette, LA on Saturday, November 5, 2022 from 9:300 AM- 11:30 AM. A funeral service will begin at 11:30AM.
