Karen Didier Miller passed away at her home on Thursday, September 6, 2018 at the age of 63. Beloved wife of Frank “Tommy” Miller for 44 years. Loving mother of Melanie Miller Ford, Jarret Thomas Miller and Jessie-Lynn Rochelle Miller. Daughter of the late Melroy Didier Sr. and Mary “Betty” Stewart Didier. Sister of Arline, Lurline, Marylyn, Belton, Brent, Natalie and the late Melroy Jr. Proud grandmother of Josiah, Sarah, Micah, Hannah, Lilyanah, Elijah, Tatum, Brynn, Paisley, Luke, Jeremiah, Robert “Beau”, Virginia and the late Elianah, Lynneah, Marcus and Gabriel. Also survived and fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Karen was born on November 2, 1954 in New Orleans, LA and was a longtime resident of St. Bernard Parish. She enjoyed spending time at Toledo Bend and especially loved spoiling her grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends and by all of those whose lives she touched.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held at ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 from 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM. A funeral service will begin at 10:00 AM. She will be laid to rest in St. Bernard Memorial Gardens.
