Harry Louis Wesner III passed away on October 5, 2016 at the age of 75. He was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on September 19, 1941, and a lifetime resident of St. Bernard Parish. He was preceded in death by his father Harry Louis Wesner Jr. He is survived by his Beloved Life Partner, Linda T. Traina, and Mother, Elsie Schmalz Wesner. Loving Stepfather of Lester Klotz (Sherrie), Michael Klotz (Mary) and Katherine Klotz Weaver (Todd), 8 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandchild. Also survived and fondly remembered by many admiring cousins, friends and relatives. He was a graduate of Holy Cross High School and attended UNO before enrolling in Barber School. He served as a Barber in New Orleans and St. Bernard Parish for over 40 years and a member of The Louisiana State Association of Barbers. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends at a second home in Clermont Harbor, MS. He loved singing and dancing to New Orleans Rhythm & Blues and Mo-town music. He will be missed by many for his caring demeanor and great sense of humor. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held at ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Monday, October 10th from 10:00AM – 12:00PM. Followed by a funeral service in Harry’s memory beginning at 12:00PM.
