Mr. Kenneth "Bill" Bailey entered into rest on Saturday, December 17, 2016 at Columbiana Health and Rehab Center. He was a member of the Baptist Church at Lay Lake and member of the Masonic Lodge #70. He loved hunting and fishing and spending time with family and friends. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Mary Jo Bailey; sons, Kenneth B. Bailey(Varonica) and Keith E. Bailey(Jane); his grandchildren, Jennifer Corn(Adam), Alyson Burnett(Randy), Paul Bailey, Lily Bailey and Molly Bailey; great grandchildren, Bentley Corn, Jackson Burnett and Cooper Burnett; his brothers, Joe Bailey(Brenda), Sidney Bailey(Gayle), Danny Bailey, Larry Bailey(Sally) and David Bailey(Ruth). He is preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Frances Bailey; his sister in law, Helen Groff Bailey.
