Jerry Wayne Cook Sr.

Jerry Wayne Cook, Sr., age 71, of West Blocton, Alabama passed away on Saturday November 23, 2019. Jerry was born May 17, 1948 in Alabama to Isaac Cook and Louise Cook. He is survived by his wife, Nancy Cook of West Blocton; son, Jerry Cook, Jr.(Sarah) of Tuscaloosa; daughter, Heidi Chuc(Gabo) of West Blocton; granddaughter, Ana Chuc; grandsons, Gabriel Chuc, Isaac, Luke and Jacob Cook; his father, Isaac Cook of West Blocton and a host of other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his mother, Louise Cook.

A visitation for Jerry will be held Sunday, November 24, 2019 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Rockco Funeral Home, 805 Birmingham Rd, Centreville, Alabama 35042. Funeral service will occur Monday, November 25, 2019 at 1:00 PM, Rockco Funeral Home Centreville, Alabama. Burial will be at Johntown Cemetery, Vance Blocton Rd, West Blocton, AL.
