It is with great sadness we announce the passing of a generational icon, Enes Rose Conzatti (née Salvatico). Grandma Conzatti passed away in her sleep at the age of 92, on Saturday night April 24th 2010. Her family grieves her passing, but is pleased at the thought of her joining her husband and first-born in heaven.
Enes lived a long and happy life surrounded by her family. She was born to Italian immigrants Teresa Roasio and Constanso Salvatico in Superior, Wyoming on January 14, 1918. She met Edward F. After marrying they moved to Centralia, Washington, where they raised their children, were involved in the community, and were active members in the Catholic Church.
Edward and Enes enjoyed retirement years living between Hemet, California and Centralia. She loved to play pinnacle and golf, spending time with her grandchildren and friends, and discussing politics.
Enes moved to Vancouver after her husband passed, where she lived out the rest of her life. She is survived by her six children: Dennis (Susan), Connie (Bill Dowell), Jolene (Jim Lone), Lori (Doug Nichols), Ed (Pam), Carl (Linda); twenty grandchildren Julie Valentine, Stacey Olds, Michelle Conzatti, Teresa Eucker, Wendy Arnett, Izzy Kruse, Nate Dowell, Alex Dowell, Chad Nikolz, Scott Stark, Abby Slonecker, Dena Conzatti, Paula Voetberg, Jamie Conzatti, Leslie Conzatti, Blaine Conzatti, Leanne Conzatti, Joe Conzatti, Ellie Conzatti, Isaac Conzatti; seventeen great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
