Monte Craig Donaldson, age 68, a resident of Central, Louisiana, passed away after a valiant battle with dementia on the evening of Tuesday, January 24, 2023. He leaves behind his daughter - Jennifer Nunez and husband Justin Nunez, and three granddaughters, Juliet, Josie and Juno Nunez, along with brother James Mark Donaldson, to cherish his memories. He was preceded in death by his father, James Calvin Donaldson, and his mother, Lois Vinette Donaldson. Craig, also known as Monte, retired from his work as a Network/Systems Administrator at Palisades Holdings Inc. He had a passion for astronomy, music, and travel but was also a talented musician. Craig excelled at any instrument he put his hands on, but was a bassist at heart. He played in many different local bands throughout the years and continued to use his talents as the bass guitarist for the praise and worship team at Miracle Place Church in Baker. At this time, no memorial service is scheduled.
