I was so saddened to learn of Tom's passing this summer.  What a great man, committed to cities and the underprivileged, who had a big heart for his family, friends and those around him.  Though it has been many years since our paths crossed, I will always be grateful for our work together in Bridgeport and your mentorship shown to me.  What a great boss and blessing in my professional career so early on.  May the many memories you made with Terry and your girls in your life bring them comfort and a smile when their heart is heavy.  May those memories always be a reminder of your love present in their lives. Thank you for sharing him with so many of us! Terry, girls, Charlie and Jackie:  Where do I begin, I was so saddened to read about Tommy.  Growing up so close Tommy and Charlie were my older brothers, we were always together.  Far too many memories to share. Jackie and Michelle our two little sisters, like sisters.  Wish we were able to attend the services, hope we can get to see Jackie before she leaves and of course Charlie too.  My thoughts and prayers are with you all.  God Bless Tommy.

I worked for Tom in the Office of Economic Development with the City of Bridgeport approximately 38 years ago.  Tom was smart and kind and a wonderful boss,  I was so sorry to see of his passing.  I know he will be missed.

I had the privilege of working with Tom since the early 1980s.  He was a kind and personable gentleman who always maintained a positive outlook.  He was greatly respected in the business and government communities and developed many longtime friendships.  I will miss him as will so many others who benefited from knowing him.

It was with great sadness that I learned of tom's passing. I have fond memories of him as a boy, when we were neighbors. He always conducted himself with dignity, and a kindness of manner that I truly appreciated. We knew, even as children, that Tom was destined to be someone special. Walking home from Nathan Hale school with him, Charlie, and other neighborhood kids is a memory I still treasure. My deepest condolences to his wife, children, and brother charles. RIP, old friend.
