Born in December 12th, 1954, to Lee Kwan and Ip Mui Ling, Anne was a dedicated daughter and sister to her family, starting work at a young age simply to help financially support the family. She lived in Hong Kong, working for Hong Kong Shanghai Bank of China, until she moved to Calgary, then Colorado to be with her husband Chuoi-Sen (Johnny) and build a family.
She completed courses in Accounting at Arapahoe Community College to help with her business.
She worked with her husband to build their successful restaurant business in Denver, co-owning the Imperial Chinese Seafood Restaurant and contributing to multiple aspects of the restaurant over the years. She was also loving and dedicated mother to her two sons, Kean and Howard.
She enjoyed traveling the world with her family. The trips she remembered most fondly include a summer vacation to the French Riviera and a Christmas spent in Tokyo with her family.
Anne is survived by her husband Johnny, her sons Kean and Howard; her father Lee Kwan in San Francisco; and hers brother Victor in Hong Kong and Thomas in Denver and sisters May in Calgary, Susanna in Hong Kong, Janice in Seattle, Josephine in San Francisco, and Joanna in Sacramento.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 August 22, 2016 at Olinger Chapel Hill. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the University of Colorado Cancer Center Fund
