Pearl Ann Lowe, age 84, departed this earthly life directly into the presence of Jesus on the evening of Tuesday, February 8th, 2022. She was born on March 1st, 1937, in Chillicothe, Ohio, to her father Leo Wise (deceased) and mother Maybelle Wise (deceased) as the 2nd oldest of 9 children.
Pearl is survived by her sisters: Betty Putnam and Gail Fenwick (John) her children: Bradley Johnston (Carolyn), Kathy Herman (Michael), Robin Burrows (Burt) and Dean Woodall (Bonnie); her grandchildren: Shonda Huffman Mashburn, Ethan Johnston, Molly Johnston (Andrea- mother), Devon Herman (Sarah Beth), Amber Jeffres (David), Kelsey Burrows and Travis Woodall, as well as her four great grandchildren: Leo, Morgan, Alexis and Taya.
As a dedicated wife and loyal companion, she shared the military life (Air Force) with her husband, Reginald Lowe (deceased) in places like Lompoc, California; Anchorage, Alaska and Selma Alabama, retiring in Littleton, Colorado.
Pearl loved her family, friends, animals and traveling. She was a classy lady and loved “blingy” jewelry and dressing up. She attended Church services wherever she lived and encouraged her children and others to do the same. She was a member of the Amazing Grace Church in Littleton, Colorado, where she sang all of her favorite songs, including “Amazing Grace” and rededicated her life through Baptism. She made friends easily wherever she went with her beautiful smile and a welcoming hello. Children gravitated toward her especially when she drove her school bus and participated in school bus rodeos as a clown. She loved celebrations, country western movies and music as well as Hallmark movies. She also loved dancing, flowers, gardening, holding hands, fishing, horses (Playmate), ice cream, a drive to the mountains and rides on a pontoon boat on Lake Estes. She was also a member of the Red Hat Society, which she looked forward to. Pearl lived an extraordinary life of Faith, Hope and Love, and the greatest of these is Love. We love you Pearl Ann Lowe!
