Lisa was born on August 10, 1985, in Metairie, Louisiana to her parents Scott and Helen Ritter. Liliana "Lily” was born on July 27, 2009, in Clinton, Missouri to Lisa and her father, Aaron Arguello of Littleton, Colorado. They are survived by their husband and father, Aaron Arguello, parents/grandparents, Francisca Arellano and Jerry Arguello of Littleton, Colorado and Scott and Helen Ritter of Clinton, Missouri. Additionally, they are survived by their sisters/aunts Annette Vasquez (Joe), Sandy Riggle (Brian), Rebekah Ritter-Ball (Doug), Sierra Alder (Teya), great-grandparents and numerous other aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Lisa dedicated her life to her family and was a very passionate and gifted elementary school teacher. She was well-respected by her co-workers and loved by the students she taught. She loved traveling with her family and spending time with her many friends. One of her favorite activities was going on cruises with Aaron and Lily; her favorite place to see was Aruba and loved the color pink.
Lily loved spending time with her family. She was kind and generous and spoke very fondly of everyone. She was a diehard Billie Eilish fan and loved watching “Stranger Things.” Lily’s favorite color was lime green, she was a talented swimmer and gifted at playing instruments, often learning songs by ear on the piano and on her ukulele. She cherished her parents, her family, her many friends and her dogs, Romeo and Buddy.
A viewing will be held on Monday, August 1st from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. and a memorial service to follow on Friday, August 5th at 10:00 a.m. Both will be at Olinger Chapel Hill, 6601 S. Colorado Blvd in Centennial, Colorado on Friday, August 5th at 10:00 a.m. The family encourages attendees to wear the colors lime green and pink in Lisa and Lily’s honor.
