Linda Kay (Moseley) Goodrich, 73 years old, passed away Saturday, December 18, 2021, in Englewood, CO. Linda was born June 19, 1948, in Denver, CO to John Bender Moseley and Eva Maie (Harris) Moseley. She was the youngest of 7, she had 3 brothers and 3 sisters. She grew up in Englewood and went to Englewood Public Schools. Married James (Jim) Russell Goodrich, Jr. on October 12, 1974. They have 1 daughter: Carolyn M Goodrich-Vigil (Joe) and she has 3 Stepdaughters: Kiowan (Greg) Gardner, Danelle (Mike) Hildebrand, and Patrice (Ed) LeBlanc. She has 6 grandsons, 4 granddaughters, 1 great grandson, 3 great granddaughters, and numerous nephews, nieces, great nephews, and great nieces.
She worked in the food service industry for many years at Burger King, Spud Nutt, Safeway Bakery, Englewood Public Schools Cafeteria, and later years worked at Norgren, IMI on the assembly lines, as well as Porter Adventist Hospital as a Unit Clerk. She enjoyed gardening, sewing which she made many of the clothes for her family, baking especially breads, and spending time with family. She met her future husband at square dancing classes, enjoyed watching the Denver Broncos games on TV. Anyone that knew her would say that she was an exceptional woman, she was kind, caring, loving, and honest.
She is survived by her daughter, 3 stepdaughters and 4 sons-in-law, 1 sister Elizabeth (Joe) Brown, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews and nieces. Predeceased in death by her parents, grandparents, 3 brothers, 2 sisters, 2 brothers-in-law, 2 sisters-in-law, 1 niece, 1 nephew, numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins.
She will be laid to rest on January 8, 2022, at Chapel Hill Mortuary and Cemetery at 10am, 6601 S Colorado Blvd, Centennial, CO 80121. Services will be done by her fellow Eastern Star brothers and sisters.
