Linda was my dear friend.  We had so much in common, our age, our love of knitting, our children and grandchildren...we shared many wonderful stories with one another, and we laughed a lot.  She was so very brave meeting that dreadful cancer head-on.  I took her to many of her chemo treatments, sitting with her and sharing so many stories.  She never complained about the treatments or the pain.  The picture shown of Linda with Cameron captures her gentle spirit.  Linda, you were my good friend.  I miss you so much.  Rest in peace dear Linda.

My condolences to the family of Linda... I met her at Colorful Yarns, on one of a handful of Saturdays spent knitting away at the big wooden table... She was loved by many, and I'm thankful to have been able to have enjoyed just a little bit of her presence the few times we were there at the same time. She will be remembered with fondness.

I had the pleasure of getting to know Linda over the last 18 months as she battled her cancer.  She was an incredibly courageous woman, who loved dearly  and was deeply committed to her two adult children, and her beloved grandson. She wanted to be around for life, for joy, for happiness, for travel, for friends and family, and so I pray that she rests in peace in the knowledge that she was loved back and that she will be carried in the hearts of those who loved her as they continue her legacy forward in their lives.
