Jacqueline Chenhui Jiang

Jacqueline Chenhui Jiang (JJ), age 22, of Highlands Ranch, Colorado passed away on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 in Salt Lake City Utah, where she worked as a Lab Technician at the University of Utah Health Hospital, in order to gain practical experience as she aspired to eventually go to a medical school. Jacqueline was born on June 26, 2000.

Jacqueline graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Cell & Developmental Biology on June 9, 2022. She attended and completed Northridge Elementary School, Cresthill Middle School and was the Valedictorian of Highlands Ranch High School’s 2018 graduating class!

Though young age, Jacqueline has excitedly ventured and traveled to many places (some numerous times) in the world, China, Mexico, Spain (including Puerto de Ibiza), Scotland, England, Ireland, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, Dubai UAE, Brazil, etc. She loved performing musicals with a beautiful voice in Christian Youth Theater. Jacqueline once won the state championship in gymnastics and led the Highlands Ranch High School cheer team as its captain. Having volunteered at a local animal shelter, she eventually fell in love and adopted twin homeless cats, Juniper and Ophelia, who cuddled around and comforted her during her final days.

Beautiful, brilliant, driven, accomplished, fun, loving, and vibrant, Jacqueline was a radiant rainbow with many colors, ideas, emotions, styles, goals and kindness, all to let the sun shine through. It all blended into Love. The rain was the tears from our hearts. A rainbow never ends and is her way of whispering to our hearts that she is with her Heavenly Father and her Mom now, embraced by God's peace.

Jacqueline is survived by her father, Rake; step-mother, Catherine; brother, Benjamin; step-brothers Josh, TJ and Jacob Bonnington; and grandma & grandpa Geri & Ollie Fields. She is preceded in death by her mother, Jennifer.

A visitation for Jacqueline will be held Sunday, July 17, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Olinger Chapel Hill Mortuary & Cemetery, 6601 South Colorado Blvd, Centennial, CO 80121. A funeral service will occur Sunday, July 17, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 6601 South Colorado Blvd, Centennial, CO 80121. A graveside service will occur Sunday, July 17, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM, 6601 South Colorado Blvd, Centennial, CO 80121. A reception will occur Sunday, July 17, 2022 from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM, 6601 South Colorado Blvd, Centennial, CO 80121.
