Dickinson, Edward Henry, 94, Aurora resident, died on Wednesday July 10. Edward was born on December 15, 1918 in Denver, CO, to Frank and Minna (Funke) Dickinson. He graduated from South High School in 1937 and proudly served in the Army in the Aleutian Islands from 1941 to 1945 during World War II. He married the late Mary (Greene) in 1947. He worked for the Civil Service at the Veterans Administration, Fitzsimons Army Hospital, Lowry Air Force Base and Camp George West. He retired in 1979 and then became a real estate Broker/Salesman for Dickinson-Bigelow and Century 21 Mynex. He was a Public Accountant for 29 years and owned his own accounting and tax business. Edward is survived by his children: Dennis (spouse Carol), Peggy and Jay (Spouse Sheila), and his grandchildren: Rachel, Melody, Dustin, Katarina and Candace. He had two brothers deceased: Richard and David. Memorial services will be held on Mon. July 22 at 10AM, at Chapel Hill, 6601 S. Colo. Blvd., Centennial, CO. Burial at Ft. Logan Veterans National Cemetery at 12:00 noon.
