He is the loving husband of Edith Evans (nee Runkles) for 51 years; father of Ronald J. Evans, Jr. and wife Judith of Catonsville, MD, Dawn M. Nickoles and husband Charles (Bruzz) of Westminster, MD, Mary Elizabeth and Lawrence Lamon of Westminster, MD, Gregory D. Evans and wife Brenda of Davidsonville, MD, and Charles S. Evans and wife Jocelyn of Millers, MD; brother of Cecelia and Louis Murphy, Raymond and Deborah Evans, Jr., Dennis and Ingrid Evans, and Kathleen and Robert Miller; grandfather of Joshua, Casey and Anna Evans, Matthew and Melissa Nickoles, Lauren and Christopher Lamon, Colton Evans, Charlie, Ryan-Bryce, and Jacob Evans; brother-in-law of Janet and Phillip Orem, Sr., Jane Runkles, Joseph and Mary Runkles; also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mark Church; 30 Melvin Avenue; Catonsville, MD 21228 on Wednesday at 10AM. Interment New Cathedral Cemetery.
