Heartbroken to just learn of the passing of my dear long time friend & co-worker, Liz!  As a new graduate nurse back in 1966, Liz was my mentor.  She exemplified by high standard what an excellent bedside nurse was.  I learned by her example & I thank her for being such a positive influence in my nursing career.  I cherish her long time friendship & will surely miss our occasional phone conversations in past years.  Rest In Peace my dear friend! Love you!

Just found out by calling Charlestown Retirement Community of Liz's passing. Emmy Sasamori and I have been trying  to call her and had no response.
I had a fall January 14, 2021, fractured my arm and was in Rehab and recuperating for a couple of months so had not tried to call her for a while. 
We had so many good memories of working together at The Union Memorial Hospital and wonderful social events over the sixty years we knew each other.
Rest in peace my dear friend.

Ms Ludtke’s father founded the Edelweiss Radio Hour and the Edelweiss Club , originally founded to support the radio hour, is still in existence over 50 years in Baltimore as a social German club with (pre-Covid) trips, luncheons, dinners, and fun events. Our members were saddened to hear of her death.

Elizabeth was a dear friend of ours and will be dearly missed,
We are sorry we could not visit with her because of the pandemic.
I talked to her the last time a couple of weeks ago, not realizing it would be our last time. God grant her eternal peace.
As her Father used to say in German. Moege die Erde ihr leicht sein. 

Marlies and I, we are very sorry to hear, of Elizabeth passing. After Christmas , I brought her some Christmas cookies and she seamed good to me. She talked of Anitas children a lote.
