Joshua Thomas McCollum

Joshua Thomas McCollum was born in December 22, 1992 in Kankakee, Illinois. He grew up in Illinois, traveled a bit and found a home in Colorado. He is survived by his mother, Cathy Wagner; his father, Cecil McCollum Jr; his sister, Caitlyn Richardson; his brother-in-law, Justin Richardson; his two nieces, Hanleigh and Paisley; and lots of family and friends. Joshua had a gypsy soul, he was very outgoing, loved to make people laugh and never made you feel like you didn’t matter. He loved getting his tattoos, in-line skating with his boys and loving up on his fur babies, Odie, Koel and Sandy. He will be met in heaven by his Uncle Danne, Papa and great-grandparents, uncles and aunts and Cassie.

We will have a celebration of life for Josh on 7.21.2019 in Castle Rock at 125 Burgess Drive, starting at 12pm, for his family and friends in Colorado to attend. His mother and her side of the family will be there to reminisce with about all the good memories.We will also have an additional celebration of life for Josh on 8.31.2019 in Kankakee, Illinois at the Kankakee River State Park around 12pm, for his family and friends in Illinois to attend also. All of his family will be attending.
