youngest girl in a family of five cousins. She adored being the baby of the family – in fact, it was
one of her favorite things to be a little sister to big brother, Joe. She loved all things girly, and
became a dancer, a gymnast, and, later, an avid swimmer. Even at a very young age, she was a
remarkable judge of character, and quite the social butterfly. She had remarkable spunk,
relentless energy, a personality brighter than the sun, and a laugh that would light up the entire
world. She was living proof that the best things in life come in small packages.
She attended Douglas County High School for one year, then transferred to Chaparral High
School, where she would meet her future husband, Michael Forrest White, during her sophomore
year. They were great friends from the day they met, although they didn’t start dating until after
they graduated from Chaparral, and Jennifer returned from Colorado Mesa University in Grand
Junction.
Jennifer loved Italian food and watching the Food Network, so when Michael took her to the
Olive Garden on their first “real” date, it was true love at first bite – and she would marry the
love of her life on February 21, 2008. Together with Michael, Jennifer fulfilled a lifelong dream
of having a big family and four children – and, in short order, the newlyweds ecstatically
welcomed into the world Max (11), twins Julia and Isabella (9), and Mikey-man (7).
Jennifer’s marriage and children amplified everything about her life: her contagious laugh,
radiant smile, vibrant energy, enormous personality, and caring heart that were so evident at such
an early age, became even more contagious, more radiant, more vibrant, more enormous, and
more caring through the years. She easily made friends with anyone lucky enough to bump into
her in a grocery store, at a gas station, in a park…or anywhere else, for that matter.
But, they were the times she spent with Michael and kids that she treasured the most: especially
going on long walks with them, reading books to her children, and being silly with them. To say
that she was fiercely devoted to Max, Julia, Isabella, and Mikey, would be an understatement of
the highest magnitude: she absolutely reveled in their happiness – watching them smile, and
hearing them laugh. It also meant the world to her that her big brother and her husband had
forged such a strong friendship.
In addition to raising four beautiful children, Jennifer found time to work at RE/MAX with her
Dad, Nickolas, before moving on to Castle Academy in Castle Rock, Colorado, where she spent
several years building lasting friendships, and caring for other children – while never missing a
beat with her own children. She recently joined the family venture at Boho where she was
excited to meet new people, as always, and to learn new things.
Jennifer was a passionate soul who never missed an opportunity to speak her truth, or to make
those around her know how much she loved them. She passed away peacefully on July 2nd 2019,
yet her incandescent light shines on in the lives of all those who knew her. She is preceded in
death by her father, Alan Joseph Quintana, her Dad Nikolas Terry and her nephew, Daniel Alan Colletti, and she is survived by her husband Michael Forrest White; children Maximus Alan White, Julia Ann White, Isabella Marie White, Michael John White; her mother, Lisa Terry; her brother and sister-in-law, Joseph and Savannah Colletti, their children, Joey and Charlie Colletti; her grandparents, Dan and Mary
Colletti; her sister-in-law, Katie; her other Mother, Melody Merica, and many aunts, uncles, and
cousins.
