Arlyn (A.T.) Reinhardt was born on August 9th, 1940 in Bison, Kansas to his parents, Elton and Lenore Reinhardt. He graduated High School from Enterprise Academy in 1957 and moved to Denver. He worked at Porter Hospital doing maintenance and odd jobs, and painting cars in his neighbors garage. He soon started racing stock cars at Englewood Speedway and saved up enough money to purchase a tow truck and a filling station on South Broadway. He married Pat Riffel on May 25th, 1975. Arlyn and Pat moved to Gentry Arkansas where he farmed and raised chickens. Arlyn, Pat and family moved to Colorado in 1983 and worked as a mechanic for many years before opening and running a successful Matco Tools distributorship. After retiring he was able to spend his time with Pat, on his property in Franktown, traveling with friends and to gospel music festivals, and serving at his church. Into his retirement he kept his love of vehicles and stayed active as a car dealer for many years.
Arlyn spent much of his time throughout his life working with church ministries. He was active in his church and enjoyed his role as Head Deacon. Arlyn and Pat hosted bible studies, church campouts, and other activities that allowed him to fellowship with others and share his strong faith.
