He was born in Savannah, Ga to Mr. Joe Shinall and Jacqueline Mixon in 1961. Michael found great joy as a car enthusiast.
Michael is preceded in death by his parents, Mr. Joe Shinall and Ms. Jacqueline Mixon as well as his Spouse, Jayda Shinall.
He is survived by his daughters Candis (Cecil) Stewart and Roxanne (Justin) Martin; Brothers Steve (Peggy) Shinall and Tony (Tracy) Shinall; Sister Kim (Tommy) Sewell; 5 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be conducted by the family at a later date.
