Martha Hufstetler Lee

Mrs. Lee was born on December 3, 1945 in Cartersville, GA, daughter of the late Homer Hufstetler and Millie Pugh Hufstetler.

Mrs. Lee was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She loved cooking for her family and spending quality time with them. She also enjoyed spending time outdoors tending to her flower gardens. She was a true and faithful servant of the Lord and a proud member of the Baptist Faith.

Mrs. Lee is preceded in death by her loving husband of twenty-seven years, Kenneth Lamar Lee; a host of brothers and sisters.

Survivors include her daughters, Sheryl Dover and Stacey (Chris) Dover Halyard; grandchildren, Madison and Dalton Halyard and Kensley Hopkins; great-grandchildren, Sonny Hopkins Richardson and Hudson Halyard; brothers, Alton (Catherine) Hufstetler, Floyd Hufstetler and Troy (Joyce) Hufstetler; sisters, Barbara (James) Hazelwood and Patsy Hufstetler Sage; a host of nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at two o’clock in the afternoon on Tuesday, the 16th of May, 2023 in the chapel of Owen Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Hufstetler officiating. Interment will immediately follow in Center Baptist Church Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers are Tony Hufstetler, Lynn Hufstetler, Troy Hufstetler Jr., Jeff McMillan, Olin Floyd and Carl Lee Hufstetler.

Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from twelve o’clock in the afternoon until the service hour on Tuesday, the 16th of May, 2023 at Owen Funeral Home.
