Lisa is preceded in death by her father, James Carruth; sister, Donna Gregory. She is survived by her mother, Betty Cagle; sister, Linda (Keith) Soulis, Lori Davis, Gerri (Carl) Crump; a host of nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Friday, October 11, 2024 in the chapel of Owen Funeral Home with Pastor Barry Garland officiating. The interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery with Eddy Greene, Tripp Greene, Jason Greene, Noah Greene, Robbie Jones, Fred Hensley, Camren Morris and Atticus Miller serving as pallbearers. Randall Woods, Dana Miller, Steve Perkins and Larry Graves serving as honorary pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Friday, October 11, 2024 from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm.
