Helen Bradley

Helen was Salutorian of Cass High School class of 1944. She married Hugh Bradley on March 24, 1946 and they were married for 74 years. She worked for 46 years at First National Bank of Cartersville, later Wells Fargo. She Retired in 1990 as VP of Operations. Helen was a member of the Cartersville Business and Professional Women’s Club where she received the distinguished recognition award in 1980.

Helen was a member of Peeples Valley Baptist Church where she taught Sunday school and served with her husband as Treasurer for 20 years.

Helen is preceded in death by her husband, Hugh Bradley; sisters, Lucile Cooper, Elise Howren, Frances Vaughan, Elizabeth Cooper, Patricia Bradley; brother, Neal Howren.

She is survived by her son, Mike (Carolyn) Bradley of Marshall, NC; grandchildren, Tim of Montgomery, AL, Jonathan of Liberty TN, Jessalyn of Ashville, NC; great-grandchildren, Kelsey, Tyler and Alice.

A Graveside Service will be conducted on Friday, September 4, 2020 at 11:30 am at Sunset Memory Gardens with Rev. Jim Parham officiating. Manuel Abernathy, Colin Abernathy, Logan Abernathy, Ernie Palmer, Paul Green and Jonathan Bradley will serve as pallbearers.
