Addie Carlene Roberts

Mrs. Roberts was born November 23, 1942 in Cartersville, Georgia, daughter of the late James Carl Holcomb and Evelyn Hill Holcomb. She was retired from the Bartow County Courthouse where she served as receptionist. She also had worked at Starcrest Nursing Home as a Certified Nursing Asst. and at Atco Baptist Church Daycare. She was a member of Atco Baptist Church and was an incredibly devoted wife, mother and grandmother.

Survivors include her husband, Bobby Roberts; a daughter, Carla Boss (Malcolm); a son, Ricky Roberts (Deborah); grandchildren, Tyler Boss (Katie), Jody Boss, Janna Reynolds, Austin Reynolds, Calli Roberts and Maci Roberts; great-grandchildren, Jace Reynolds and Addie Jo Reynolds; a brother, Joe Holcomb; a nephew, Joel Holcomb also survives.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday morning March 21st at 11:00 A.M. in the Owen Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Michael Boatfield and Rev. Doug Harris officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens.

The family received friends Friday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. at Owen Funeral Home.

Pallbearers include Tyler Boss, Jody Boss, Tony Tidwell, Tony Southern, Kenny Lowery and gary Bell.
