Joe was born July 20, 1916 in Brooklyn, New York. He was preceded in death by his wife of 71 years, Ella Link. Joe and Ella lived and travel throughout the World, raising their boys in South Florida. He was an avid golfer. In 1998 they moved to Leisure World (Mesa, AZ), and in 2010 Joe moved to Keller, TX.
