Cindy’s love also extended to Silver Tapia and Tatiana Rios, her nieces. Cindy shared her love and happiness with her partner, Joaquín Palacios, which she treasured in her heart.
In addition to her immediate family, Cindy is also survived by her loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends who were touched by her presence.
