Corbin Frederick Cook 48, Carmel, Indiana passed away on Saturday, September 18, 2021, unexpectedly at home. He was born December 7, 1972 in Indianapolis, Indiana to his parents Frederick L. Cook and Judith (Park) Cook. His father preceded him in death in 2011.
Corbin graduated from Marion High School in 1991 as a high academic student. He went on to Purdue University and graduated in 1996 with a degree in Graphic Design Engineering. He has worked in the field of graphic design and website development for more than 25 years, the last 18 years as lead designer with Ogle Design in Carmel, Indiana.
Survivors include his mother, Judith (Park) Cook; his sister, Courtney (Cook) Parras (Diego) of Kissimmee, FL; aunt Nena (Park) Ray of Indianapolis, IN; and beloved girlfriend, Brittany Pyatt, of Carmel, IN.
Visitation and funeral will take place Monday, September 27, 2021 at St. Luke’s United Methodist Church, 100 West 86th Street, Indianapolis, IN. It will begin with visitation from 12:00-1:00 p.m. followed by the service at 1:00 p.m. In conclusion, the interment will be at Carmel Cemetery, 136th Street and Rangeline Road, Carmel, Indiana.
