Remembered by his wife, Ida; daughter, Brenda (Glen) Miller, grandchildren, Rhiannon (Greg) LaRose & family Melky, Griffey & Jackie, Dylan Miller; son, Robert (Wendy) Scott, grandchildren, Erin & Cassidy Scott; brothers, Sid (Bernice) & John (Bev); sisters, Ellen Bablitz & Gladys Taylor. Numerous brothers & sisters-in-law, nieces & nephews. Predeceased by brothers Fred & Floyd; sister, Anne Robinson.
Al was a family man and community minded. He worked for the Dept. of Highways for 35 years. He was proud to be a founding member of the Carlyle Food Bank.
Memorial Service: 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 17 from the Carlyle United Church with Sandy Dalziel officiating.
