Our deepest condolences, Jean and Debby and John. Bill was a kind, smart, and good natured man. Like a big brother in earlier days. We will miss his smile and sense of humor. We are thankful he was part of our family.

We knew Bill & Jean from our fun times in Ocean City seating at the Beach.  Jim especially was pleased when Bill would join the Happy Hours in our condo.  Those Good times hold special memories in our life’s and will never be forgotten.  RIP, Bill.  You are truly missed.

Our hearts are so saddened to hear of Bill’s passing.  He was always such a kind, loving, gentle person.   He always had a keen sense of humor and was always up to any shenanigans my father wanted to get him into. I have fond memories of our times together in Ocean City and at family gatherings.  He will be missed!
