He was born April 7th, 1939 in Clymer, PA to the late James and Nancy (Kaczur) Jarvie Sr. He is a 1959 graduate of Clymer High School. He proudly served in the United States Army from 1962-1964. In 2002, he retired from American Airlines after 43 of service as a Fleet Service Clerk at Washington National and Washington Dulles Airport.
What he cherished most in the world was the precious moments spent with his family, especially his great-grandkids. There was endless laughter and joy, as they fished, shared stories, and created memories that would last a lifetime. His eyes would light up as he watched them explore the world with wonder, and their innocent laughter was like music to his ears. Those times together were a beautiful tapestry of love, connection, and the simple magic of family.
He is survived by his loving wife of 25 years Suzanne Sychak Jarvie, his daughter Kelley (Thomas) Collins, granddaughters; Lauren Dunning, Allison (Derek) Norris, and Savannah Dunning (Anthony Johnson), and step granddaughter, Christina (Jason Stefanowicz) Collins. His brother William Jarvie and sister Dorothy (Jerry) Bartnek. His Great-Grandchildren; Wyatt Norris, Kaiden Johnson and Kora Norris, and another great-grandchild due in May.
