Gregg Denning Pollock age 64 of Cape Coral, FL (formerly of Grand Blanc, MI) went to be with his Lord on Saturday, January 14, 2023, at Hospital El Pilar, Guatemala. Celebration service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, January 28, 2023, at The Well Church at North Fort Myers, 940 Pondella Rd, North Fort Myers, FL 33903, with Rev. Branson Vilardo and Rev. Mike Carter officiating and services coordinated by Coral Ridge Funeral Home & Cemetery of Cape Coral, FL. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m.- 10:30 a.m. Saturday, January 28, 2023, at The Well Church at North Fort Myers.
Gregg was born in Flint, MI, on August 5, 1958; he was the second son of the late Albert Leroy Pollock & Elaine Elizabeth Matheson. He was a resident of Cape Coral, FL since 2006. On June 1, 1991, he married the love of his life Sharon Lee Harms (Cahill) in Grand Blanc, MI. Gregg, Sharon and their business partners/best friends Jeff and Gina Boone built AquaBrite Pool & Spa in Cape Coral, FL in 2007 and together they operated this successful business until March 2022. He was a member of The Well Church at North Fort Myers since 2021 where he was a Board Member and Sound Technician. He was also a long-time member of Harvest Time Tabernacle in Grand Blanc, MI prior to moving to Cape Coral, FL. He was very active there and held multiple positions, Board Member, Sunday School Teacher, and Youth Leader.
Gregg always gave of himself, always had a smile on his face and many had a great respect for his ability to be loving, positive and encouraging to all he met. He was loved dearly and will be remembered forever. Surviving is his wife, Sharon Lee Pollock of Cape Coral, FL; daughter, Michelle and husband Garrett Fons of Ft. Myers, FL; grandsons Jacob, Joseph and David; brother and sister-in-law, Ron & Deb Pollock of Fenton, MI & Cape Coral, FL; father-in-law Joseph Cahill of Grand Blanc, MI; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law; Diane & David Cook of Burton, MI, Joanne & Tim Aldrich of Grand Blanc, MI and Yvonne & Barry Music of Burton, MI; many nieces, nephews, cousins; and very special friends.
