On Monday, October 10th, 2022, Frank Joseph Grauer, age 85, was called home to be with his Lord and Savior. Frank was a loving husband to Renate for 59 years as of June 29. Father to Frank (Sandy), and Ingrid (John). Grandpa to Katie, Matt, Alex, and Jillian. Predeceased by his parents, Frank and Mathilda Grauer.
Born in New York City, NY and raised in Brooklyn, Frank grew up enjoying Brooklyn Dodgers games, stickball, his Ford convertible, his Chevy Corvair, and watching football. He was a custom home builder, who, after moving to Cape Coral established a home building business with his business partner. Later in life, he and Renate started a condo cleaning and property inspection business. He and Renate thoroughly enjoyed their travels including many Caribbean cruises, cruises to Hawaii and Alaska, and several trips to Europe including tracing their history and roots in Germany and Italy. Frank enjoyed road trips visiting his daughter and family in Orlando and son and his family in Ontario, Canada. His pleasure was to be with his family celebrating events, a good football game, and good eats.
The Grauer family would like to extend their deepest thanks and gratitude to the incredible thoughtfulness and support we received from their friends and extended family members.
In keeping with his wishes, Frank will be cremated.
