Charlotte was born February 16th 1942 in Montgomery, Alabama. She lived in Montgomery until she met the love of her life, Lawrence Sullivan, at Auburn University. They moved to Massachusetts where she began her life as wife and mother.
Charlotte was a member of Rhode Island Country Club, The Squantum Club, and Mariner Sands Country Club where she enjoyed playing golf, planning and attending parties, and being surrounded by friends and family. She was dearly loved by every single person she ever met. Charlotte would light up every room she entered with her radiant smile. She was always the most caring, kind hearted, fun, friendly face in the building. She was truly the life of the party. Charlotte had a huge space in her heart for animals. She loved to be surrounded by all her furbabies.
Charlotte loved to travel and lived a life with many great adventures. Her favorite place to go was Bermuda. She loved the beach, the sun, the people, and the way of life on the island. She also loved RVing all across the United States.
Charlotte was most proud of being a wife, mother, and Nana. She poured her heart and soul into her family. She lived each and every day for her family.
Charlotte is survived by her husband of 56 years, Lawrence Sullivan, daughter Debra Janda (Sullivan) and husband Robert, son Jeffrey Sullivan, son Michael Sullivan and wife Jennifer, son Lawrence Mark Sullivan JR., daughter Susan Sullivan, brother Albert Lee and wife Linda. Grandchildren Jane, Jill, Charlotte, Katie, Jack, and Gage. Eight great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her father Allen Wesley Lee, Helen Chesser Lee Horton, and her stepfather Wallace Horton.
A service will be held Saturday March 30th at Coral Ridge Funeral Home in Cape Coral, Florida from 10a.m.-2p.m.
